In this highly litigious environment any prudent operator needs to treat risk management as a high priority. That is why Comac have created and developed in depth and extensive operational procedures and systems manuals for all aspects of shopping centre management.

Information Technology

Comac identified the opportunity to maximise employee productivity by investing significantly in the implementation of a cloud based server (Amazon WorkSpace) with a state of the art security, government standard backup system This ensures employees are able to access all documents anywhere on their mobile devices.

Current Management

  

Williams Landing Shopping Centre

Cedar Woods Properties Ltd (ASX CWP) appointed Comac in late 2015 to manage and lease the recently completed (2014) shopping centre. Stage 1 consist of 6,813m2 neighbourhood centre comrpising a Woolworths and 21 tenancies. Strategic planning is currently underway for Stage 2.

 

  

The Dunes Village

Private developer appointed Comac to review the feasibility and mix of a full line Woolworths supermarket together with 15 specialty shops and medical centre. Opened December 2016. Comac are responsible for the leasing as well as the ongoing management. 

 

   

SCA Property Group

Comac were invited in January 2016 to tender for the management of the VIC portfolio. We were successfully appointed to manage:
